Brian J. McNulty
Co-Founded by Retired Assistant Chief of Police Brian McNulty, MSCJ CIM, CPM, Lighthouse Security Consultation Group provides a full range of security consultations regarding investigations, protection, and litigation services to individuals, corporations and law firms both nationally and internationally.
Brian is a twenty-year veteran in Law Enforcement serving on the state and local levels. Throughout his career Brian had steadily rose through the ranks from officer to Acting Chief of Police upon his retirement. He has had the opportunity to work in multiple capacities which have established his expertise in security, protection, investigations and training. Throughout his career Brian has worked as the Special Operations Commander, SWAT team member and SWAT Commander, Detective, Academy Instructor and Law Enforcement Administrator, all of which allowed him to write policy, procedures and ordinances which had to be approved at commission and or city council levels.
Brian graduated from IONA College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and received his Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice, with a concentration in Critical Incident Management, through Saint Leo University. Brian is a member of the Alpha Phi Sigma – Lambda Theta chapter of the National Criminal Justice Honor Society.
Brian is a graduate from the Certified Public Manager’s School through Florida State University Askew School of Business, he is a graduate from the Florida Executive Development Seminar, the Law Enforcement Executive Development Seminar, and the Chief Executive Seminar session #46.
Brian was a member of the Polk County Police Chief’s Association, Florida Police Chief’s Association and a committee member for the Florida Police Chief’s Association University / Education Chiefs Committee, International Association of Chiefs of Police, the Florida Criminal Justice Executive Institute Association and the Florida Council on Crime and Delinquency.
Brian was also a professor in Criminal Justice and was the Program Director for Criminal Justice and Forensic Investigations at the University level.
In more recent years, Brian has been offering assistance to nationwide Product Liability Law Firms by helping them track down clients that they have lost touch with. He has also been assisting multiple nationwide Cannabis Companies when it comes to the application process for state and local licensing, security plans for state and local licensing as well as other company needs to include compliance training and the compiling of SOP manuals and company handbooks

Kevin P. McNulty
Co-Founded by Kevin McNulty AAGS, BACJ, a former Korean Linguist and Interrogator with the United States Army. Kevin served within the Military Intelligence Corps and held a Secret Clearance during his five years of service. During his military service, he graduated from basic training in Fort Jackson, SC, graduated from the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, CA specializing in the Korean Language, and also graduated from Interrogation School in Ft. Huachuca, AZ. During his military career he also spent time in Korea where he graduated from the ABC Language School in Seoul. Kevin is also certified in both the regular and advanced versions of the Reid Technique of Interview and Interrogation Courses.
Since departing from the military with an honorable discharge, Kevin entered the Private Investigative industry where he worked for 19+ years in the Insurance Industry. Kevin was a licensed investigator in the State of Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and Michigan. He led the industry in investigative tasks to include conducting interviews and investigations associated with the following types of claims: Worker’s Compensation, General Liability, Vehicle Theft, Auto Property Damage, Auto Bodily Injury, Property Theft, and Disability. He also has investigative experience with issues related to child custody cases, family disputes and vandalism. He constantly requested and obtained documents to include: courthouse records, police records, police photos and dash cam footage, criminal records, medical records, surveillance footage and death certificates. Kevin is skilled in obtaining written and recorded statements from law enforcement agents, lawyers, medical professionals, claimants, employers and witnesses. Kevin conducted regular scene inspections to include photograph and measurements.
Kevin graduated from Suffolk County Community College with an Associate’s Degree and he has graduated with honors from University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice.
Kevin’s career is glowing with military and industry awards, top investigator honors and success of the month awards.
Kevin is entrusted by industry owners and leaders to train new employees and to conduct internal audits on co-workers.
